Hinckley Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd was started by it's Director Denis Johnson in September 1998, the Company has always carried out commercial, industrial and domestic plumbing & heating installations, and we pride ourselves on our vast experience.

The company has a strong commitment to training programs for its workforce and apprentices.

We believe that it is important that we have a well trained work force, with plumbers who have the best understanding of plumbing installations and repair work, understand the current water regulations and requirements, building regulations parts 'H','G' and M'. We also expect our plumbers and apprentices to understand the needs of our customers, with the philosophy that all work should be carried out to a high standard with respect for customers furniture and property, whether it is just a replacement of a simple washer or the installation of a deluxe bathroom suite, the same care and attention to detail should always be carried out.


Our well trained staff who have all been CRB checked and possess their CSCS cards. We are CHAS compliant, members of Severn Trent Watermark, Water Registered Plumbers, The Gas Safe Register,The Oil Firing Technical Association (OFTEC), the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC) and we have been awarded Investors In People. 

Here are a few tips:

1. Always choose a company that supplies full address details in their marketing literature. 

2. Avoid companies that advertise with only mobile phone contact details. This generally means that they are one man operators and have little or no back up if they are busy or ill. 

3. Choose a company that has office facilities and you will always be able to contact someone should a problem arise.

4. Do not be fooled by the size of adverts. Big adverts do not always mean big companies or are any indication of the quality of service. We are a professional customer focused company and our friendly staff are always happy to take your call.
